Overview

This website, myhousegifts.com, is operated by My House Gifts ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to: our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Products

All products are made to order and produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. We try to show colors and details as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished product. Mockups are illustrations. Some of our designs are created with the help of AI image tools from our own original prompts.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price or description contains an error. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. We may change prices or products at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's HTTPS checkout.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are described in our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

The designs, images, text and other content on this site belong to My House Gifts or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in its design.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to infringe the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
