Orders and production

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item is produced after you order by our print-on-demand production partner, Printify. Nothing is pre-made.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Some items, such as our woven cotton blankets, can take up to about 10 business days. The product page shows the estimate for that item.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins. Email us at contact@myhousegifts.com with your order number. After production has started, we can no longer cancel or change the order.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently accept orders for shipping to the United States and Canada only. Shipping availability and rates depend on the products, destination and order weight.

How long does shipping take?

After production, US orders usually arrive in 3 to 8 business days. These are estimates. Carrier delays and holidays can add time. See our Shipping policy.

Shipping times to Canada vary by product and destination. For a product-specific estimate, contact us at contact@myhousegifts.com.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and refunds

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund policy.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including a different size or color.

How will I be refunded?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Sizes and materials

What sizes do the woven blankets come in?

Our woven cotton throw blankets come in three sizes: 52 × 37 in (132 × 94 cm), 60 × 50 in (152 × 127 cm) and 80 × 60 in (203 × 152 cm). They are woven from 100% cotton and have fringed edges.

What about wall art, rugs and bean bag covers?

Each product page lists the sizes available for that item. Framed canvas wall art comes in several sizes and frame colors, and our round chenille rugs are 60 inches across. Bean bag chair covers are sold as the cover only. Filling is not included.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We aim for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product. Product mockups are illustrations.

Care

How do I care for my item?

Please follow the care instructions on each product page. For framed canvas wall art, gently wipe off any dust with a clean, damp cloth. For round chenille rugs, spot clean or dry clean only. Most bean bag covers can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle and air dried, with no bleach. Remove the filling first.
